RHB internet banking really sucks big time!
I received a text message from RHB on 14/11/09 saying "RHB has moved to www.rhb.com.my. Please log on to change your password for a simplified internet banking experience. For verification, call us at 603-9206 8228"
Since then I've been trying to log on to the website, but until today, everytime I log on, what I get is "This site is undergoing maintenance"! Excuse me RHB, if you are not ready to move to a more "simplified internet banking", why bothered to inform the customers? And it's been 3 days I can't access to my bank account!
RHB internet banking really sucks big time! In Malaysia, memang apa pun boleh, yeah Malaysia Boleh!!
